After being rescheduled due to late-summer thunderstorms, September 13 proved to be the perfect day for Lake Lucille’s 2025 Summer Picnic. Organized by Jessica Dauksza, with help from her hubby Matt, the event drew a large turnout of neighbors and guests, as well as a scrumptious array of potluck dishes.

Jess kept things interesting by offering face painting by Lisa Brevogel, owner of “Lisa’s Dazzling Designs”, and free ice cream for the kids, thanks to the always-popular ice cream truck. Overall, it was a great chance to catch up with neighbors, meet new ones, and, yes, partake of tasty pizza and home-made food. Thanks goes to everyone who helped.
